Xbox Game Bar Can't Record💔

When I try to record on the Xbox game bar it won't let me it just says it does not work on desktop or files. I'm not on that, I'm on a game.

Well, you may try the fixes below:

1️⃣#Update the Xbox Game Bar app

1. 1. Open Microsoft Store and click on the 3 dots.
2. 2. Select Download and Updates.
3. 3. Update Xbox Game Bar or click Get Updates.

2️⃣#Repair Xbox Game Bar

1. 1. Go to Settings and Apps and Features.
2. 2. Select Xbox Game Bar in the Apps & Features list.
3. 3. Click on the Advanced options and Repair.

3️⃣#Reinstall Xbox Game Bar

1. 1. Press Win + X.
2. 2. Click Run Windows PowerShell as Administrator.
3. 3. Copy and paste the command get-appxpackage *Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay* | remove-appxpackage and press Enter.
4. 4. Reinstall Xbox Game Bar.

4️⃣#Download and install Xbox Game Bar from Microsoft Store again
5️⃣#Restart your PC and try to record again
