Can You Edit Teams Recordings?✔️

Does anyone have a good way to edit Teams meeting recordings now that Stream is no longer storing the videos? Specifically trimming a video, not editing the transcripts. Thanks in advance for the help!

Yes, you can edit the Teams recordings. And to do so, you will need a video editor or audio editor. However, I think it is better to use a tool that offers both screen recording and video editing functions. In this case, you can edit the Teams recording immediately after it is captured.

And EaseUS RecExperts is capable of doing these. This is a Windows and Mac screen recorder that offers inbuilt video editing features. It can be used to record the screen, system sound, microphone sound, internal and external webcam, browser, and desktop gameplay, etc.

After recording, you can trim, split, play, save, and share the recordings. You can also take screenshots from the recordings or mark important information during the recording process. Download and install it from the button below.

Here are the steps to edit the Teams recordings:

  1. Step 1. Launch EaseUS RecExperts and click Recordings to open the built-in video editor. If you want to edit a local file, you can click Import in the bottom right corner to import it.
  2. Step 2. Click on the scissor icon to trim or split the video frame by frame.
  3. Step 3. Finally, click Save and enter the file name to export the edited video.
Tip
If you want to take a screenshot or add texts, signs, marks, shapes, etc., to your recording, do it during the recording-taking process.
