Use ShareX to Record Movie Playing on Google Play - Why Failed

I just purchased the new Mario movie on google play. I'd love to use ShareX to record it, put the file on a thumb drive, and use the thumb drive to play the movie in our van. I get a black screen with audio when I record things from google play or Netflix...Any help with this?
