As far as I know, Hogwarts Legacy doesn't prevent recording. It may be an issue from the Streamlab side. In order to record Hogwarts Legacy gameplay without a black screen, you may try other tools.

✅Steps to record Hogwarts Legacy:

Step 1. Play Hogwarts Legacy and launch EaseUS RecExperts when you need to record.
