Hi there. TikTok will not notify anyone when you save someone's video!

After a user posts a TikTok, the user can see the number of likes, favorites, and shares from the video's interface, but it is not possible to track the specific user, and the only way to see the comment's corresponding username is to view the specific comment. 

In other words, even if you download your friend's TikTok, he won't know about it, so you can easily collect that funny video.
