Hi! I am sorry to tell you the answer is NO. Windows 11 only provides a built-in voice recorder that captures your microphone sound instead of system sound coming from your computer. So, you actually cannot directly use any built-in tools to record audio from a website on Windows 11.

Luckily, there are many professional third-party audio recorders that can record website audio to MP3 directly, like Audacity, Free Sound Recorder, EaseUS RecExperts, etc. As a heavy user, I used many of them. However, the only one that I still use is EaseUS RecExperts. I think you can have a try.
