I can't upload or record Shorts because every time I click Record, it says the last recording failed.
If YouTube Shorts says, "The last recording failed," you may have run out of storage. To solve this problem, you can delete some long-ago videos, unwanted files, etc., to make space for the new video.
- To delete videos on an Android phone, open the Photos app > drag a video you want to delete to the bin.
- To delete videos on iPhone, go to Photos > tap on the video you want to delete > tap on the bin sign.
- To delete videos on PC, go to the video folder > right-click on the video you want to move > click Delete.
