MKV files provide unparalleled flexibility and simplicity because they can accommodate many audio, video, and subtitle tracks in a single file. Extracting audio from MKV files is essential when you need standalone audio, background music for video editing, or personalized ringtones.

Based on our assessment, the most efficient way to extract audio from MKV videos is to use an audio extractor like EaseUS RecExperts.
