Your recorded video with only the external voice might be because you set the wrong audio source.

🛠️If you use QuickTime, check your audio input with the steps below:

Step 1. Click the "downward arrow" next to the record button.

Step 2. Switch the audio source to "System sound" and uncheck the external microphone.

💡Here are steps of how you can record the screens and the internal sound together using EaseUS RecExperts for Mac:

Step 1. Launch EaseUS RecExperts for Mac on your computer. You can choose to record with "Full Screen" or "Region" on the main interface. 

Step 2. If you want to record only with the internal audio on your computer, turn on "System sound" and turn off "Microphone".
