Hi! I often do recording screens with audio on Mac, including for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other streaming sites. I used to record with built-in Quick Time on Mac.

✏️Here are the steps of how:

Step 1. Open QuickTime on your Mac, then click "File" > "New Screen Recording" from the menu bar.

Step 2. Hit the triangle beside the red button to customize the recording settings.

However, I find the built-in recorder sometimes lags behind my operation, so the recorded video seems very strange. I turned to online recorders, but they have no security guarantee. I find that third-party screen recording software works way much better than the recorders mentioned above.
