Hi! According to my experience, the easiest way to record the internal audio of your MacBook while screen recording is to use a professional Mac screen recorder with audio. But considering that many of you prefer to use QuickTime Player, I will show you two ways to help you solve the problem.

Let's start with a professional program:

1️⃣ Use Professional Screen Recorder - EaseUS RecExperts for Mac

I have used many third-party Mac screen recorder, and the only one I still use is EaseUS RecExperts for Mac. This software lets you record a Mac screen with the system sound within 3 steps. Besides, it also allows you to capture screens with the microphone or external audio devices on your MacBook hassle-free. Here's the detailed tutorial:

Step 1. Download and install this MacBook screen and audio recorder.

Step 2. Choose your recording area, and select the system sound as your sound source.

Step 3. Click REC to start recording on Mac.

2️⃣ Use QuickTime Player and Soundflower

Another way is to use QuickTime Player, but you need to install a third-party software called Soundflower if you are going to capture the system sound. Then, you can follow the below steps:

Step 1. Install Soundflower on your Mac, and set this tool as the sound output. (It will be a little difficult)

Step 2. Open QuickTime, and click File > New Screen Recording.

Step 3. Choose the Soundflower as the microphone. Then, click Record to begin your recording.

I hope you can adopt my answers!
