🧲Follow the steps below to stop recording microphone sound on Windows:

Step 1. Open "Settings" on your Windows computer. Go to the "Gaming" section.

Step 2. Click "Captures" to set your recording. Find "Capture audio when recording a game" and click on it. If you don't want to record with the microphone, you can drop the "Microphone recording volume" to "zero".
