I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and have had issues with certain apps. I've tried everything. I tried deleting the cache. I tried turning my phone off mute because that's a bug. Does anyone know something else I could try?
The "Snapchat saying cannot record video" issue can occur for various reasons. The point is not why but how to fix it. If you have tried deleting the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, you may try these methods:
1. Clear the cache on the camera app
On your Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phone, navigate to Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear cache to delete the cache. Then, you need to restart your phone to record a video on Snapchat.
2. Updating Snapchat to the latest version
On your phone, tap on Play Store > Menu > My apps & games > Updates > Snapchat. If a Snapchat update is available, tap on Update to get it.
3. Clear some storage space off
Go to Settings > Storage to check if your mobile is running out of storage space. If so, you may need to clear some space off of your phone by deleting unnecessary videos and pictures.
4. Record a video with third-party tools and upload it to Snapchat
