Hi! According to the official sources, three hours is the maximum limit of video you can record with the Windows Camera app, and there's no way to modify this limitation. 

Thus, if you want to record a webcam as long as you want (like 4 hours, 5 hours, 6 hours, etc.), you'd better find and use a third-party professional webcam recorder.
