AnsweredHow to Balance System and Mic Volume When Screen Recording?

I was recording my screens with the system sound and the external microphone. But the system sound was so loud that I almost couldn't hear my voice. Do you know how to balance the system sound and the mic volume when screen recording? I'd like to hear your advice. Thanks.

I don't know which system you use or what screen recorder you use. So, from my point of view, I'd like to recommend one screen recorder that suits both Windows and macOS, EaseUS RecExperts. This software has way more functions than simply recording screens, system sound, and microphones on your computer.

Record Anything on Your Windows PC

Record screen/audio/webcam without a time limit or watermark

🏆Reasons you'd like to choose EaseUS RecExperts:

  • Record encrypted videos without a black screen
  • Provide multiple recording modes to meet your needs
  • Export recorded videos up to 4K/HD
  • One-click noise remover without any hassle

How to set the system sound and microphone volume with EaseUS RecExperts:

Step 1. Open EaseUS RecExperts on your computer. Turn on the "System sound" and "Microphone" from the main interface.

Step 2. Click the download arrow and select "Advanced options". A window pops out.

Step 3. You can adjust the volume to a suitable extent in this window. Click "Test" to make sure the volume balance is what you want before recording.

Step 4. After setting, you can begin recording with the "Rec" button from the main interface. Finish recording with the "Stop" button.

Do you know how to adjust the volume while recording now? Enjoy your recording!
