Black Myth: Wukong is not coming to PS4.

According to the developer, Black Myth Wukong does not support previous-generation consoles—PS4 and Xbox One—possibly due to technical limitations or production time limits.

Black Myth: Wukong is now available on PS5 and PC and was officially launched on August 20, 2024. The Xbox X/S versions were delayed for optimizations, and the launch time has not been released yet.
